Job Responsibility Job Propose The Promoter is responsible for effectively operating and managing the PETRONAS Shop on a shift basis, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, product promotion, and sales achievement. This role requires maintaining shop efficiency, assisting in inventory management, and occasionally traveling to other locations for similar duties. The Promoter must adopt a proactive, customer-focused approach to contribute to the overall success of the PETRONAS Shop and its promotional activities. Job Descriptions Effectively promote and demonstrate PETRONAS Shop product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers. Provide accurate product information, including specifications, pricing, and promotional offers. Conduct live demonstrations to highlight product advantages and enhance customer interest. Approach and interact with customers professionally to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and enhance their purchasing experience. Persuade customers to make informed purchasing decisions, contributing to sales targets. Uphold the PETRONAS Shop image by adhering to brand guidelines, dress code, and professional conduct. Ensure all promotional activities align with company policies and ethical standards. Maintain product display areas, ensuring they are well-organized, presentable, and stocked. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company. Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and in-store activations as required. Assist in the setup, execution, and dismantling of promotional booths and displays. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance promotional effectiveness. Track and report sales performance. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and digital transactions. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant. Job Requirements Education & Experience: Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passionate about PETRONAS Shop products and eager to share product knowledge Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive in engaging with customers. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Ability to travel to different locations when required.
