- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Handle daily office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and payment records
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor office supplies and handle procurement needs
- Maintain proper records and filing systems (physical & digital)
- Support HR or project teams in administrative functions when required
- Assist with company documentation, licensing, or compliance matters
