- Taking responsibility for comprehending business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and technical design documents.
- Strategizing technical deliverables, including system enhancements and upgrades, to meet project requirements within the allocated budget and schedule.
- Planning, monitoring, and mitigating risks/issues associated with technical delivery.
- Partnering with System Analysts, Functional Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, comprehend, and finalize functional and technical requirements.
- Formulating and overseeing the technical implementation plan across application teams, efficiently coordinating technical implementation activities to ensure a seamless production cutover and robust post-implementation support.
- Hands-on experience in systems development, including previous involvement in coding, crafting functional and technical specifications, participating in systems development and testing phases.
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
- Proficiency in utilizing tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Visio, or equivalent.
- Highly effective communication skills, both with technical stakeholders and non-technical counterparts.
- Solid knowledge of financial services policies, procedures, products, and industry practices is advantageous.
- A good grasp of and experience with software development life cycles, including both Waterfall and Agile best practices.
