- Responsibility
- � The Supply Chain Manager coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the company's goods.
- � Project Manager are responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring the costs of a project or business.
- Scope Project :
- Project Planning
- Work with project team to develop the project plan, quotation, business case and identify resources vendor (sourcing)
- Monitor status and progress against plans, monitor and report on anticipated and/or actual schedule variances along with mitigation plans to get projects back on track.
- Work with resource managers to ensure the correct resources are identified and available at the required time plan
- Project Controls
- Review and manage all project issues, changes and risks through formally defined processes
- Work with the Project team to adhere to project controls and processes
- Facilitate the definition of the project scope and the subsequent control.
- Review, and be responsible for, the overall work effort and deliverables of the project team.
- Manages vendor relationship during project lifecycle including point of contact for vendor and managing terms of Statements of Work (SOW)
- Manage the project budget to ensure accurate tracking and forecast
- Ensure that each project is populating reports, documents, plans to the same level using common standards
- Communication
- Provide transparency of progress and status of all projects to all related departments. This will allow for early warnings of issues allowing intervention to keep projects on track.
- Ensure team understand business direction and value of the project
- Identify and manage cross project dependencies
- Leadership
- Drive the project team to deliver the project and associated benefits
- Facilitate meetings effectively to ensure they meet objectives, drive collaboration and result in action.
- Hold the project team accountable for their project related tasks.
- Manage the communication and change required to ensure the project success
- Establish roles and responsibilities for the project
- Scope CSS :
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution, resolve issues that come up (e.g. delivery)
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission, collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Evaluate and report on KPIs
- Train and guide employees
- Required skills and qualifications :
- Proven working experience in project/sales management
- Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
