- Drive Regional Market Development : You will define and implement a targeted go-to-market approach for HVDC and FACTS in the ASEAN region, aligned with global strategy and regional dynamics.
- Identify and Capture Opportunities : By actively pursuing business opportunities with utilities, developers, EPCs, grid operators, and policymakers, you will grow a robust project pipeline and position us as a strategic partner in critical grid investments.
- Build and Strengthen Customer Relationships: You will develop positive relationships with senior decision-makers and technical influencers, establishing long-term engagement that supports repeat business and strategic alignment.
- Translate Market Insights into Action : By continuously analyzing energy policies, grid expansion plans, and investment trends, you will actively seek out opportunities and **develop** customer conversations around solutions.
- Drive the Development of Competitive Proposals : Collaborating closely with global technical and commercial teams, you will steer proposal activities-ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood, and that our offers are compelling, competitive, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Represent Our Brand in the Market : By participating in key industry events, customer forums, and regional conferences, you will elevate our market presence and promote our leadership in sophisticated grid solutions.
- Education in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, and/or Management.
- Shown experience of at least 10 years in business management, project management, consulting, finance, marketing, or sales.
- Knowledge of the Transmission and Distribution market.
- Technical knowledge and business operation experience / knowledge of common technologies related to Grid Solutions such as HVDC, FACTS, Offshore Wind Systems, Substations.
- Excellent stakeholders management skills at all organizational levels.
- Leadership experience in leading international teams and multiple interfaces.
- A strong set of personal skills that support building a network, developing people, culture, and organization combined with a mentality of pro-activeness, innovation, and partnership.
- Eagerness to consistently meet and exceed commitments/objectives while taking ownership of sophisticated challenges.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Other local languages are a plus
