More about our company can be found at www.asiacargonetworkgroup.com. About The Role: Asia Cargo Network is seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Finance Manager to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for managing corporate finance activities, liaising with financial institutions and supporting the CEO in strategic financial matters. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed financial models for scenario planning, budgeting and forecasting across business units. Prepare and develop Information Memorandums (Info Memos) and related corporate finance documents. Support capital raising efforts (debt/equity), liaising with banks, investors and advisors. Lead financial analysis for strategic initiatives including M&A, restructuring and regional expansion. Liaise with banks, investors and financial institutions to secure and maintain financing arrangements. Prepare investor materials, board papers and executive reporting packs. Work closely with finance and commercial departments head to improve financial performance and efficiency. Provide regular updates and report directly to the CEO on corporate finance activities, funding strategies and business development opportunities. Support strategic decision making through financial modeling, analysis and presentations. What We Are Looking For: At least a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field (CFA/CPA/MBA preferred). 7-9 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or financial advisory. Strong knowledge of financial instruments, funding structures and corporate transactions Prior exposure to aviation, cargo, logistics or capital-intensive industries is an advantage. Strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills. Excellent communication skills - able to translate numbers into executive insight.
