Job Responsibility Responsible for logistic shipment operations which include managing forwarding agent, shipping, custom clearance, import and export tax exemption, marine insurance & coverage. Containers detail planning and monitoring by considering warehouse current & future space utilization. Assist superior for the spare parts operation and spare planning . Update on reports, e.g. CICO Purchasing Report and Import Freight Expenses. Assist and monitor spare parts stock & accessories to ensure optimum stock level. Responsible for Purchase Order (PO) process of products and spare parts till completion of delivery to warehouse. Optimal negotiation with a supplier on prices, payment terms and delivery terms. Verification of vendors billing and checking for on time submission to Finance. Involve in auditing process with Internal Auditor on a monthly basis. Ensure system being updated periodically and according to the process for any transaction of stock movement. Job Requirements Preferably candidate with 1 - 2 years working experience specializing in Shipping/Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (V-LOOKUP, Pivot) and Navision is an added advantage. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
