- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (must have proficiency in written English & Chinese), but preference will be given to candidates with prior relevant experience
- Must have own transport and able to work at Petaling Jaya Uptown 2
- Detail-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for daily document and data tasks
- Salary is negotiable for candidates with relevant work experience
- Manage and support the superior's daily tasks and schedules, including arranging appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing necessary materials, and providing on-site support during events or activities
- Prepare and organize various documents, reports, and presentations (in both English & Chinese)
- Support daily administrative work and communication coordination
- Follow up on project progress and report outcomes
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Weekends and public holidays off, with occasional support required on Saturdays or Sundays for urgent matters or special events
