- Translate high-level strategies into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Champion Razer Gold’s brand position and user-centric approach and ensure alignment across teams.
- Product Development and Monetization:
- Own end-to-end product development for Razer Gold Online Store (Web & Mobile) and Razer Gold Wallet.
- Collaborate with design, engineering and marketing teams to deliver exceptional digital currency experiences.
- Innovate on monetization strategies, exploring new revenue streams while maintaining user trust.
- Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and address any roadblocks.
- Strategic Prioritization and Gatekeeping:
- Ruthlessly prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Balance short-term needs with long-term vision, ensuring sustained growth.
- Be the gatekeeper of Razer Gold’s product portfolio.
- Market Insights and Competitive Edge:
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and user behaviour.
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance Razer Gold’s market position.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for improving our product’s market position.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality enhancement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Ecosystem Expansion:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive successful product outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or any other relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in building a successful B2C domain product by using scrum/agile methodology.
- Demonstrated success in creating and managing products through full software product lifecycle including employment of design thinking, data driven decision making across the product lifecycle.
- Good verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to the counterparts across teams (engineering, UX/UI design, commercial, and solutions consultants) and within product team.
- Thrive in a data-driven and customer-centric product culture.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Experience in payment / fintech domain will be an added advantage.
