We are looking for people with business strategy and analytics experience to lead different initiatives focused on our brand promise 'Built Around You' and leveraging a deep understanding of AI/ML/Digital solutions to deliver a modern customer experience. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Functional Manage projects with the support of the IT team for implementation, testing, and deployment, including drawing up working plans, progress reports, test cases, conduct WIP sessions with all inter department stakeholders and timeline management for continuous progress updates and timely delivery. Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Core responsibilities include setting up an efficient, streamlined marketing infrastructure and training campaign team members on utilizing new solution flows. Own system improvements and drive operational change management including workflow improvements across our Campaign, Analytics and Data Science teams to accelerate our ability to deliver high value results and drive efficiency. Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational excellence, including leveraging latest technology to automate manual processes and workflows, setting up performance measurement tools, etc. Identify operational pain points and use data to size, prioritize and recommend solutions. Creative and has the ability to think critically & analytically and able to make difficult decisions to solve complex problems. Managerial Provide informal guidance and support to team members who are key users of new systems and platforms Key liaison person between IT, vendors and business users with strong ability to understand business problems and how it affects the technicalities of affected systems and platforms and vice versa. Organizational To ensure alignment to the Division and Bank's strategic intent and goals for each Financial Year. Education/Qualification Degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Analytics or related disciplines. Experience 5+ years of relevant experience on improving business processes via systems improvement, analytical analysis, strategy and project management. Good understanding in the application of concepts and procedures in system / platform implementation and project management. Able to understand operational needs and work with data to identify and develop solutions. Strong understanding of how systems and platforms interact and impact other parts of the business. Comfortable working with data and making data driven decisions utilizing multiple sources of information. Ability to address multiple challenges, filter, evaluate and prioritize solutions. Have in-depth knowledge of UiPath or RPA related tools, hands-on experience and proficiency in SQL and programming is an advantage. Strong technical understanding. Excellent project management, problem solving and strong stakeholder management skills. Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and is a collaborative team player. Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and strong attention to detail.
