- Responsible for the sales target set for the business.
- To serve, develop and maintain existing customer accounts and potential customers.
- Plan and make regular visits to existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor sales collection and ensure customer payment on time.
- To collect market information and feedback to company for strategy development and implementation.
- Handle customer quality feedback and issue and coordinate with internal parties for related issues.
- To provide application support and training for internal and external customers
- To troubleshooting and solve the issues reported on application.
- To plan, organize and conduct courses/seminar/workshop/ on products for customers.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be required from superior from time to time.
- Better traffic condition due to reverse direction from city area - 15mins distance from PJ.
