We are seeking for a Product Marketing Manager, ASEAN North Asia based in Malaysia to join our team! This position is responsible to transform product and business ideas into product offerings, products and services interlinked with offerings of other product areas. Coaching the local product management in the specification and market introduction process, and build up processes and structures for continuous improvement. Role & Responsibilities Develop solution approach for the market with regional teams. Responsible to lead projects (e.g. market launch, product development). Quantitatively assess market needs and set marketing strategy. Select the product portfolio to be sold on the local market based on dormakaba global product portfolio. Closely collaborate with GBO (e.g. PMM network, product approvals, business plans, market information) Produce and maintain market intelligence on competitors. Manage product life cycle on local markets (launch, growth, phase-out). Implement Global Product Management standards and concepts in the area coordination with GBO/SBO structure and Factories: Assist Regional Teams by facilitating and coordination with GBO and Factories for: 1. Product related topics, 2. Customer application topics, 3. Special projects. MIS: maintain and manage Marketing MIS at market level for product-cluster's: Growth & Profitability; Competitor details, market trends and regional-macro-economic data. Training: Assist and coordinate training data. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent to at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the construction and building environment. At least 3 years of international Product Marketing and Engineering experience. Strong communication skills with good command of English. Mandarin skills is an advantage Knowledge of CRM tools would be an advantage. Strong familiarity with project management tools. High degree of proficiency in MS Office.
