Key requirements include: Responsible to create forecast that is used in key decisions making to drive the business forward. Work with other head of departments to develop demand forecast that determines the shipment to customers in the future. The demand forecast will represent the closest estimate of customer demand. Perform analysis on historical data and events impact. Manage replacement of stock and inventory at the optimum level. Monitor customers' order fulfilment rate. Provide information to supply planning department to ensure product availability.
