Your expertise will contribute to enhancing patient care and advancing healthcare practices across the region.Duties and responsibilities

Assist in achieving established sales goals, including market share objectives. Implement market development and field marketing activities to expand our presence.
Schedule appointments and conduct compelling sales presentations to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
Develop customer-focused presentation packages that highlight the features, benefits, and clinical applications of our cardiovascular devices.
Address questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to clinical staff.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper utilization of our products. Provide training and technical support to medical staff.
Establish strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and nurses within the cardiovascular field.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes. Provide timely feedback to internal teams.
Assist in product launches by organizing workshops, webinars, and product showcases.
Conduct live demonstrations of our devices during workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
Assist in forecasting sales volumes and contribute to business planning.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate product maintenance.
Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Generate reports for internal use and regulatory submissions.
Assist in preparing documentation for product approvals and certifications.

Professional competencies

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing).
Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably within the cardiovascular domain.
Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and related medical terminology.
Comfortable with medical equipment demonstrations and troubleshooting.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Personal competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Passionate about delivering exceptional service to healthcare professionals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
