
Team Lead, Trade Operations

- Ensure that all documents are accurately processed in compliance with statutory regulatory and internal operational instructions.
- Maintain process documentation, including workflow diagrams, department operating instructions and process manuals.
- Maintain high productivity and completion of tasks within assigned cycle times with high accuracy in execution of transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Min 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in trade finance operations and the products is required
- Good communication skills verbal and written.
- Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin fluently is a mandatory requirement to cover China region.
- Preferable with guarantee handling experience or holder of CSDG (Certificate for Specialists in Demand Guarantees)
- Able to collaborate and manage stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office tools
