facility maintenance engineer

• Reporting to: Facility Head
• Location: Penang

• Manage all aspects of building maintenance, including pest control, housekeeping, and other soft services.
• Maintain building functionality through preventive maintenance plans for electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper functioning of fire safety equipment, as well as HSE-related equipment
• Maintain optimal stock levels of spare parts, adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Manage and control the facility's maintenance and capital expenditure budget (FCM) on a monthly and yearly basis.

• Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years in relevant experience in strategic Facility hand-on experience of managing facility team.
• Possess minimum BO Chargeman 11KV Certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
