Sales Executive

• 学历：中专 / 大专以上（市场营销、建筑相关专业优先）
• 语言能力：马来文 + 英文（懂中文为加分）
• 至少1年销售经验，具建材 / 建筑 / 工业产品经验者优先考虑
• 需持有有效驾照与交通工具，能够外出拜访客户
• 性格积极主动、具目标导向、沟通能力强
• 欢迎态度积极、沟通能力佳的应届毕业生加入

• Education: Certificate / Diploma and above (Majors in Marketing or Construction-related fields are preferred)
• Languages: Malay + English (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience is preferred, especially in building materials, construction, or industrial products
• Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for client visits
• Proactive, target-driven, and strong communication skills
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply

• Identify potential clients and maintain existing relationships
• Schedule client visits, product presentations, quotations, and order follow-ups
• Record sales activities using CRM and provide regular updates
• Work closely with the sales team to execute marketing and sales strategies
