- Develop, utilize and maintain technology tools and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore and extract insights from data.
- Agile in collaborating with diverse stakeholders through project phases of identifying opportunities for process improvements, undertaking risk management checks, to designing, building, testing and deployment of solutions.
- Play an active role in project management
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Contribute to training on digital tools, skill sets and processes
- Recognised degree in Quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, etc.), Information Technology or related field.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates may apply.
- Ability to code in .NET and in-depth understanding of MS SQL.
- Ability to troubleshoot application systems independently and be an effective team player.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience/ Proficiency with LLMs, Open Source, Big Data, Machine Learning, or other numerical programming framework is a plus.
- Experience/ Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, Microsoft Azure, Alteryx or other programming languages is a plus.
- Worked with DevOps or GitHub is a plus.
- Knowledge in designing or maintaining workflow processes in BPM. K2 or Nintex BPM knowledge is a plus
