Role summaryResponsible of executing and implementing instruction given by the Immediate Superior. Responsible of running and assisting the company’s operation.Responsible of stiving towards achieving good quality of work.Responsible of acknowledging and obeying the Company’s Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Safety & Health Management System, company policies, rules and regulations.Responsible of dealing with confidential matters, business affairs and trade secrets of the company.Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:Human Resource ManagementTo administer recruitment and interview (blue Collar)Employee DevelopmentAdminister Internal Training - MYAdminister Induction for New JoinerCompilation of all HR documents for New JoinerEmployee RelationsAdminister Staff's WelfareAdminister Company Group InsuranceAdminister Company Credit CardAdminister Company's CanteenAdminister Employee Engagement Events (Teamwork).Administer HR Notice Board (Teamwork).Team building (Teamwork).General AffairsAdminister Visa Application for Employees supporting RW Overseas.Administer Flight and Hotel Booking.Administer stationery, printing, groceries, mineral water & sterling water.Administer Printer Machine (KONICA) & Order Toner - MLK.Administer JanitorAdminister Company Telephone Line.Compliance ISOAdminister Department's QMS - ISO 9001Administer and acknowledge Departmental QMS, EMS,Communication & Working RelationshipsBe responsible for your work assignments and deadlines. Education : Diploma in HRM or equivalent may be advantageous.
Languages : English and Bahasa Malaysia
