Job SummaryProvide operation support on day-to-day business on policy issuance submissionTo drive growth and sales in all assigned productsJob Accountabilities

Provide support on day-to-day business on policy issuance submission and monitoring

Assist team in sales support and services i.e. straight through quotation and cover note preparation.
Work closely with Marketing team to ensure effective on-going sales performance.

Monitor and analysis of business performance and results in sales and comparison of results with

defined outcomes

Resolve complex queries/errors and ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Coordinate, plan and implement measures as well as assisting in projects.

Qualifications:

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.

Experience:

Min 2 years working experience
Insurance industry experience
Experience working with inter-departmental teams.
