Job Responsibility Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages. Train and mentor junior baristas in coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and general operations. Maintain a clean, organized workspace, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Assist with scheduling, staffing, and other administrative tasks as assigned by management. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders, processing payments, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Stay informed about current beverage trends, industry developments, and new products to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Job Requirements Passionate about coffee & patisserie. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a barista. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment, and ingredients. Basic photography and videography skills for capturing images and short videos suitable for social media platforms. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Full Time: 5 and 6 working days every alternate week. Part Time: Flexibility in working hours, including availability for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.
