Job Responsibility Lead Generation & Activation Independently scout, source, and qualify event leads through digital platforms, outbound reach, partnerships, listings, and creative methods. Build, manage, and grow a sustainable pipeline of leads for conversion by the sales team. Execute and refine lead generation campaigns, referral drives, and lead magnets. Sales Handoff & Tracking Ensure smooth transfer of qualified leads to the sales team with complete lead data and briefing. Track conversion success and continuously improve lead quality. Team & Strategy Support Assist Head of Events in scaling workforce capabilities including coordination and productivity systems. Contribute insights on lead performance, conversion gaps, and new channel opportunities. Help implement CRM tools, outreach workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
