- Team size: Up to 80 people

- Supervise production activities to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Develop and execute strategies for productivity, safety, and quality improvement.
- Ensure quality control in the coating line to meet standards.
- Monitor work progress and adjust workflow for optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate across functions to address issues and enhance processes.
- Lead team in adhering to safety and environmental policies.
- Encourage teamwork within the coating team and across departments.
- Support improvement projects like UEE enhancement and scrap reduction.
- Implement 5S activities and participate in recycling programs.
- Drive improvement initiatives in key metric areas and manage production flow.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is mandatory.
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in Operations or Manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in people management.
- Prior experience in Packaging, Chemicals, Ink, Labels, Digital Printing, or Die Cutting manufacturing sectors is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with modern manufacturing practices, material flow, and improvement strategies such as ELS, continuous flow, and cellular operations is essential.
- Experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices is required.
- Knowledge or experience in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO standards, or related methodologies is advantageous.
