The Inventory Executive will oversee inventory management processes to ensure efficient procurement and supply chain operations. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to streamline stock control within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Implement and uphold best practices in planning and inventory management strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly shipment targets while supporting overall sales objectives.
  • Improve on-time delivery performance to meet or exceed customer expectations and ensure accurate backlog reporting.
  • Supervise Store Assistant to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
  • Maintain 100% stock accuracy between physical inventory and SAP records.
  • Streamline and enhance shipping and warehouse processes by eliminating inefficiencies and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Oversee inbound freight operations and ensure logistics activities meet compliance standards.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality Manual and procedures to support successful audits and maintain certifications.
  • Manage and maintain valid Certificates of Origin for international customers.
  • Provide regular inventory and stock-related reports to management.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate and local policies, including ethics, safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably serving a similar customer base.
  • Background in manufacturing or oil & gas industries is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, geometric dimensions, and tolerances.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 standards is an advantage.
  • Skilled in quality control processes and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Experienced with measurement tools and hands-on inspection.
  • SAP system knowledge is required.
  • Must be able to deliver accurate, timely information.
  • Capable of multitasking and working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
