DOO you have what it takes What you'll be working on: Payment Processing Process approved client withdrawal requests through internal payment systems and external payment service providers (PSPs). Ensure accurate execution of payment transactions within defined timelines and cut-off periods. Monitor transaction status and handle payment retries, failures, or rejections in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., treasury, IT) to resolve any technical or processing-related issues. Maintain a high level of accuracy to prevent errors in fund disbursements. System Testing & UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Participate in UAT for new payment system features and API integrations. Execute test cases, validate payment transaction flows, and document any issues or bugs. Provide feedback to the development team and assist in ensuring smooth system deployment. Help identify automation opportunities to enhance payment processing efficiency. Reporting & Record Management Record all processed payment transactions accurately and maintain proper audit trails. Generate daily and periodic reports on processed payments for internal review. Assist in reconciliations with finance or treasury teams as needed. Collaboration & Support Work closely with the operations, finance, and compliance teams to ensure end-to-end payment process efficiency. Support internal stakeholders by providing timely updates and documentation when requested. Participate in team discussions to improve payment workflows and identify areas for operational enhancement. What we're looking for: Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in payment processing, operations, or back-office support, preferably within a brokerage or financial services environment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Experience with internal payment systems and third-party payment service providers (PSPs). Familiarity with UAT processes and a basic understanding of API system integration is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling data. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or transaction processing systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to work night shifts and during public holidays as part of an operational support rotation.
