Description We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team in Banking Sector. This role involves analyzing business processes, managing projects, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives. Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, planning & analyzing Facilitate meetings and presentations to stakeholders to communicate project progress and gather feedback. Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making and strategy development. Develop Functional Design Specifications (FDS) Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3-8 years of experience in business analysis or project management. Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Agile, JIRA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese speaking candidates Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
