  • Job Title: Manager, Product Marketing & Operations
Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven and proactive Manager to lead our teams under the Product Marketing & Operations department. This role is critical in connecting marketing, product, and operations to ensure high-impact go-to-market (GTM) execution, operational excellence, and ongoing marketing support for product performance across our brands.You will oversee product marketing strategies, operations planning, and cross-functional coordination across multiple game verticals, driving game provider partnerships, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and product roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialists across multiple verticals (e.g., Sports, Live Dealer, Slots, eSports, Instant Games, P2P).
  • Set clear priorities and provide guidance on campaign execution, issue management, and product lifecycle ownership.
  • Establish best practices for GTM planning, market performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Define and execute the department’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with product and brand strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Design, CRM, and Tech teams to deliver successful product launches, campaigns, and enhancements.
Product Marketing
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases, market rollouts, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to localize and adapt assets for different markets.
Operations & Performance
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to support campaign tracking, product communication, and issue management.
  • Monitor product KPIs and work with stakeholders to improve adoption, engagement, and ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize operational workflows.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Act as a central point of contact between Marketing, Product, Design, SEO, Customer Support, and external providers.
  • Ensure alignment of market priorities, launch timelines, and dependency management.
  • Represent in sprint reviews, roadmap planning, and performance reviews.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, product operations, or GTM execution, ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of sports betting, casino, or slot games is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and brands.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across APAC or emerging markets.
