- Job Title: Manager, Product Marketing & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialists across multiple verticals (e.g., Sports, Live Dealer, Slots, eSports, Instant Games, P2P).
- Set clear priorities and provide guidance on campaign execution, issue management, and product lifecycle ownership.
- Establish best practices for GTM planning, market performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Define and execute the department’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with product and brand strategies.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Design, CRM, and Tech teams to deliver successful product launches, campaigns, and enhancements.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases, market rollouts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to localize and adapt assets for different markets.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to support campaign tracking, product communication, and issue management.
- Monitor product KPIs and work with stakeholders to improve adoption, engagement, and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize operational workflows.
- Act as a central point of contact between Marketing, Product, Design, SEO, Customer Support, and external providers.
- Ensure alignment of market priorities, launch timelines, and dependency management.
- Represent in sprint reviews, roadmap planning, and performance reviews.
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, product operations, or GTM execution, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of sports betting, casino, or slot games is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and brands.
- Experience working with distributed teams across APAC or emerging markets.
