DOO you have what it takes We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in Microsoft BI Stack (Power BI, SQL Server, SSRS) to transform data into actionable insights, optimize reporting processes, and drive data-driven decision-making. What you'll be working on: Work within an agile team to develop and implement BI solutions. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to understand business objectives and data needs. Design, build, and deploy Microsoft BI solutions to enhance decision-making. Develop and execute database queries , optimize data models, and maintain technical documentation. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for BI usage and reporting. Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using Power Query and DAX . Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and ensure project objectives are met. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Perform other related duties as assigned. What we're looking for: Background: Bachelor&aposs degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science , or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role. Required Skills: 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft BI Stack , including SQL Server (Advanced knowledge), Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI (Power Query, DAX). Strong background in data warehousing and ETL processes . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills . Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative. Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with MongoDB or other databases. Experience with data analysis programming (e.g., Python, R). Knowledge of business intelligence tools and emerging technologies. Solid understanding of statistics and data modeling. Proficient in writing and speaking Mandarin and English.
