We are seeking enthusiastic and driven business students to join our internship program. This role is tailored for individuals interested in exploring the fields of marketing, accounting, and human resources. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and develop a comprehensive understanding of these key business functions. Key Responsibilities 1) Human Resources: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening. Support onboarding and training activities. Help with employee engagement initiatives. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. 2) Engineering: Assist technical department on service routine which includes the following: Assist technician on their daily service calls Troubleshooting & Repair Home Appliances Products Assist technician in preparing and returning spare parts Any other administrative tasks, as & when assigned by the superior. Learn to analyze product issue base on error codes and training provided. Learn to look at spare part portal on BOM (built of material) list for technical setup of appliances. 3) Finance and Accounting: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accounting records. Support in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and basic reports. Help reconcile transactions and update spreadsheets. Assist in staff claims processing, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed. Show more Show less
