Assist in developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent and retain existing employees.
Create engaging content for our careers page, social media platforms, and job postings that reflect our company culture and values.
Conduct market research to understand current trends in employer branding, including competitor analysis and best practices in the industry.
Support the organization of internal events and initiatives that promote a positive work culture, enhancing our employer brand from within.
Collect and analyse feedback from current and former employees to identify strengths and areas for improvement in our employer branding efforts.
Work closely with HR to ensure consistency in our employer brand across all channels.

QualificationsTo succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

Degree in HR, Business Marketing, Science Communication, PR.
Willing to work in Permas Jaya, Johor
