Job Requirements

Test Planning & Management: Refine project-/initiative-level Test Plan and coordinate with PMO and stakeholders (leverage Master Test Plan)
Test Analysis: Identify what is to be tested i.e. analyse specifications, test objectives and product risks to create test conditions as per Test Plan
Test Design: Create test cases appropriate to the test Level and Cycle (leverage Test Plan)
Test Implementation: Prepare designed test cases and test environment for test execution
Test Execution: Execute pre-defined manual tests and record the results
Configuration Management: Establish and maintain integrity of software components, test environments, data and documentation (testware) for testing process
Test Monitoring and Control: Ongoing monitoring and control of testing activities (provides input to Test Planning and Execution activities)
Reporting: Timeous reporting to stakeholders per cadence and Test Plan
Defect Management: Adhere to defect lifecyle, reporting and management
Test Closure: Complete testing activities and artifacts, and consolidate experience
Management Reviews & Retrospectives: Participate in regular test process and product evaluation towards Test Policy objectives
Testing Tools: Recommend and use manual testing tools (Provides input to Test Planning and Configuration Management)
