This position demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing and executing strategies while optimizing day-to-day operations to achieve business goals.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve business objectives in the APAC region.
Lead the optimization of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational execution.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
Oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on strategy and operational metrics.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, risk management, and revenue enhancement.
Stay abreast of industry developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, driving both strategy and operations in the APAC region.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of achieving business objectives.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Experience in optimizing operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
