  • Achieve at least SPM
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Experience with ad platforms (e.g. FB Ads, Xiaohongshu ads, TikTok Boost) is a plus.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Skilled in using phone or camera for shooting, with basic lighting and composition knowledge.
  • Familiar with major social platforms (FB, IG, XHS, TikTok) and content trends.
  • Proficient in design and editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Strong aesthetic sense and brand consistency, able to create social media graphics independently.
  • Creative thinker with content planning skills, willing to try new formats and storytelling angles.
Responsibilities
  • Shoot and edit product photos and short videos for promotional and social media use.
  • Manage and operate social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok.
  • Plan content calendars and manage post scheduling and publishing strategy.
  • Write social media captions and ad copy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create consistent visuals and graphics for social posts, ads, and digital campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, views, likes, engagement) and optimize content accordingly.
  • Respond to fan comments and DMs to improve community engagement.
  • Assist with online campaigns, ad placements, and influencer collaborations.
