The Role Responsibilities Strategy Provide coherent and consolidated status of pan CCIB EA and Operations level risk management issues at CCIBRC and higher committees. Support CCIB CEO CCIB E&A for all NFR Group Committees and Regulatory engagements (CAM, PEM, Reg College). Proven experience in data product management, specifically with data-centric products and BI solutions, with strong understanding of data analysis, data modelling and visualization techniques. Business Provide CCIB MT and CCIB COO MT with timely and accurate intelligence on the NFR status of CCIB. Ensure all parent (GRC, GNFRC) and peer (TTO NFRC, GPTRMC) committees' purview of CCIBs Non-Financial Risks is timely, risk relevant and accurate. Provide risk insights that are core to non-financial risk management and aligned to regulatory priorities and engagements. Processes Collaborate with stakeholders across the three lines of defence to understand the current gaps in the risk and control framework. Leverage the Business and Function Risk Squads to integrate agile methodology into the risk productivity programme. Leverage data and analytics to enhance and prepare risk reporting and gather actionable intelligence / risk insights for visualisation, further review and action. People and Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set the appropriate tone and expectations for the team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners. Employ, engage and retain high quality people and establish an appropriate team structure and capacity plans. Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and recognition in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives. Risk Management Evaluate the robustness of feedback loop between 1st / 2nd / 3rd LOD on risk management issues. Where weaknesses or gaps exist, recommend areas for improvement. Curate and socialise best practice risk management across CCIB businesses. Contribute to the development of mechanisms and reporting that will enable risk to be viewed more forensically and on an agile and streamlined basis. Governance Ensure all CCIB level governance committee information requirements are understood and adhered to. Provide monthly governance updates to COO CCIB E&A on CCIBRC, GNFRC, TTO NFRC, GTPRMC and other committees as required. Drive Non-Financial Risk Check-in agenda, and track outcomes to closure. Lead CCIB Governance Bi-weekly best practice sharing sessions. Attend relevant Business / Function risk committees, as required. Support the business Governance and Controls teams to implement and embed risk and transformation initiatives. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
