Quality Assurance Manager / Senior Manager

• To establish plant wide Quality System and coordinating daily quality activities.
• To be responsible for ISO 9001 /IATF 16949 certification and effective implementation of these quality system.
• To establish and maintain plant wide process certification system.
• To liaise with internal / external customers on continuous quality improvement programs, customer complaint and etc.
• To ensure all the quality documentation is kept safely and up to date.
• To continuously train and develop subordinates.
• To establish and implement effective PMG/IPQC program plant wide.
• To be responsible for plant wide internal quality audit program and coordinating customer and third party audits.
• Responsibility and authority for assuring and facilitating compliance with environmental, health and safety laws, regulations and codes .
• To carry out any other duties as requested and instructed by the superior.
• Responsible for the effective management of environmental management system of his/her department/ functions.
• Responsible for implementing & monitoring the effective of the environmental management system of his / her department

• Possess Degree in Engineering / Science / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or equivalent with more than 10 years of working experience, preferably in electronic, manufacturing or semiconductors industry.
• Possess effective leadership and managerial qualities.
• Able to analyze data and propose improvement plans.
• Experience in PCB/ PCBA/ Box Build.
• At least 3 years experience in managing CM.
• Preferable Chinese Mandarin speaker/ writer/ reader.
