
Lead Analyst, Finance Planning

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead site-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across wafer sort, assembly, and test operations.
- Costing & Margin Analysis: Develop standard costs; analyze product, customer, and site-level profitability including yield and volume impact.
- CapEx & Investment Support: Evaluate equipment and technology investment proposals; track ROI and support strategic decision-making.
- Business Partnering: Provide financial insights to operations, engineering, supply chain, and R&D teams; support pricing, make-vs-buy, and outsourcing strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports; track KPIs like utilization, throughput, cost per unit.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to US GAAP, corporate policies, and SOX requirements; support audits and internal controls.
- Process Improvement: Drive automation, reporting efficiency, and use of tools like SAP, Power BI, etc.
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; CPA, CFA, or CIMA preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years in FP&A, costing, and operations finance, ideally in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
- Skills:
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and planning tools (Hyperion/Anaplan).
- Familiar with semiconductor KPIs: yield, WIP, cycle time, cost per wafer/unit.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
- Strong communication, business partnering, and problem-solving skills.
