Manage all distributor within their region. Plan and execute strategy for Green & Red Score for the sales team. Lead and develop sales team comprising of managers, executive and non-executives. Analyze data & information from Route to Market Specialist and Trainers and develop action plan to ensure sales team win in market. Develop outlet execution to prescribed standards. Develop plan and strategy to develop competitive region with world class customer service. Qualification Ideally 10 years of FMCG GT sales experience.
