What You'll Do: Develop and execute global category strategies for direct materials. Build, manage, and expand a strong, future-ready supplier portfolio. Lead tendering, awarding, and negotiation processes with full autonomy. Conduct market analyses and stay ahead of industry trends. Ensure alignment with quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards. Partner with internal stakeholders across regions to support business growth. What We're Looking For: Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent commercial training. Several years in procurement, category management, or supplier strategy - ideally within an international or matrix organization. Strong technical understanding in regulated industries. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba a plus) and MS Office. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Willingness to travel and ability to operate across cultures. Strong backgrounds and deep category expertise in: electronics - components, systems, direct materials and/or plastics/polymers - with strong industry connections will be highly advantageous.
