  • Develop, implement, and steer HR strategies and initiatives by fostering strong partnerships with Business Unit HR teams, aiming to deliver unified HR solutions and services aligned with talent and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with various HR functions to refine HR policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring their relevance and sufficiency in meeting specific business requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain key relationships with Business Unit leaders, aligning Group HR priorities with company HR policies and practices while aiding Business Unit goals achievement.
  • Drive the planning, execution, and management of comprehensive HR solutions and services encompassing talent acquisition, engagement, and development, tailored to swiftly adapt to evolving business landscapes and accomplish desired outcomes.
  • Liaise with different HR functional departments within the company's HR to integrate initiatives, offering Business Unit specific insights, ensuring alignment, and contributing to business-focused objectives.
  • Provide guidance on current and future workforce needs aligned with Business Unit business and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit heads and line leaders, alongside HR Development Department, to identify skill gaps and design interventions addressing functional and leadership competency needs identified during assessments or annual performance evaluations for Business Unit staff.
  • Partner with HR Heads across the Group to establish sustainable talent pipelines for critical roles, implementing suitable training, development, and mobility plans aligned with identified successors' Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for pivotal corporate and business positions in collaboration with HR Development Department.
  • Support Organization Development team in assessing, revising, or restructuring Business Unit organization and job frameworks to meet strategic and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Heads and line leaders in career management and talent identification for promotion and mobility.
  • Oversee implementation of performance management at Business Unit levels, ensuring compliance and fairness in processes encompassing goal setting, regular discussions, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze data to offer actionable insights, proactive solutions, and problem-solving strategies irrespective of complexity to aid decision-making.
  • Drive and facilitate engagement initiatives and strategic projects within Business Unit, serving as a catalyst for transformational change.
  • Mediate challenging discussions and situations to achieve favorable outcomes, fostering a harmonious work environment.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 - 12 years of related working experience.
  • Prior experience in oil and gas, or maritime industry is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and observation ability
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and writing.
  • Excellent leadership and people management qualities.
