Our headquarter is based in Belgium and currently have 24 offices worldwide.As part of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) stream within the Finance Operations, we are actively working towards creating an efficient working space, maintaining synergy across different operational teams, and providing good customer experience. There are 3 teams under OTC: Contracts Management team (Ordering), Billing team (Invoicing) and Accounts Receivable (Payment).In this context, Contracts Management team is looking for an experience professional to join us in ordering and run all other operational activities together with the team. The team is majorly involved in the areas of customer master data maintenance and contractual info that flows into invoices for global Swift customers. Furthermore, the team is also serving on the areas of Query management, Risk and Control analysis, Business expertise and Reconciliations to maintain high standards of the operations.What to Expect?Perform order processing and complete other BAU activities together with the teamReview, update, and revamp (when needed) procedure documentation to maintain process standardization across different processors and future referencesProactive in identifying gaps, solving problems, and looking for opportunities to implement process improvement to increase efficiencyDevelop, implement and review operational policies and procedures to match with audit and revenue assurance requirementsCoach/train team members or other teams when requiredPerform and build a holistic reporting capability on productivity, monthly controls and reconciliationsParticipate and provide your expertise in discussions with OTC, Centre of Excellence, Business, Sales, Customer experience and others when requiredWhat will make you successful?Degree Holder in Finance or any other similar disciplinesMinimum 3 years of experience in Ordering operations or OTC stream (preferable in an international setting covering customers worldwide)Experience in any of these tools SAP/PEGA/Salesforce Lightning/CPQ/Confluence to be used in daily operations (like ordering process, quotation validation, workflow execution and documentation)Experience in handling excel reporting (require at least intermediate level)Capable in writing proper step-by-step process documentation for new and change in productsDemonstrated strong capabilities in analysing scenarios, performing investigations and providing structured responds on situational basisProven experience as a change ambassador in the previous role, deliver quick wins/ improvements and stay curious on new developments/advancement in the companyDemonstrated strong capabilities to manage multiple deadlines and work under tight deadlines or adhoc conditions (as and when required)Strong desire to learn, explore and grow in OTC stream to develop comprehensive E2E understandingStrong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversityProven team player to accomplish results, coordinate team operations and working cross-functionalityDemonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly with limited supervisionYou may want to reach out to the recruiter for more information via LinkedIn; , Associate Talent Acqusition SpecialistWhat we offerWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
