You will be a direct line to the top, reporting directly to the Group CFO: Responsibilities: Hands on involvement in preparing and coordinating matters relating to accounting, costing, budgeting, management reporting, financial analysis, managing banking facilities, managing cash flows, support and troubleshooting inter-department operations Prepare Group Consolidated Financial Statements. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers and other government authorities Ensure group of companies' internal controls are in place and in compliance with regulatory laws and rules of finance, audit, tax reporting requirements. Ensure optimal cash flow management by forecasting cash requirements and managing treasury functions so that Group can meet its financial obligations and invest in growth opportunities across diverse business activities. Ensure feasibility studies are conducted by assessing potential investments and projects across different business units so that informed decisions can be made to maximize returns and mitigate risks. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor&aposs degree in accountancy/ professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MICPA). Prior audit experience is a plus. At least 5 years of working experience in the manufacturing field. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft tools for reporting purpose. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical and able to work independently.
