Job Description: Assist local merchant acquisition and onboard service point partners Assist to produce training materials and provide guidance to service point partners on the features of the Shopee Xpress application Maintain and update service point information and settings within the system Maintain operation standards and provide feedback to service point partners Serve as an intermediary between service point partners and the internal operations team to enhance operation standards and to achieve overall business objectives Consolidate monthly billings and updating of trackers Requirements: Willingness to travel around Singapore to speak to merchants and retailers Outgoing and possesses confidence to approach potential partners Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Independent worker and fast-learner with a high level of initiative Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Powerpoint Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).
