Job Description Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of business system or process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes. May participate in business systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions. May serve as business liaison to IT. This role may involve a significant amount of project management. Project management responsibilities include managing internal non-technical business projects from initiation through completion. Key job scope as follow: Deal with cross functional team - on new part setup, up-rev or add on. Support Engineering on all components and attribute selection, work on Engineering BOMs, MPNs. Enforce functional policies for Rev control, part numbers, warranty, structure, attributes etc. Knowhow in interpreting complex BOM tree structure, linkage between right from catalog level models to options and associated pricing. Collaborate with Product Management, compute and update/ maintain reference pricing into Oracle with 100% accuracy. Collaborate with PM and Engineering on Deviations Lift prototype ship hold. Implement Change orders implement required attribute flags and settings in Oracle. ECO, EOS, EOL management and document control. Fixing part setup or BOM issue real time in configurator to ensure shipping sales orders on time. Support request to setup and process SW Eval License. Job Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 6+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. Post-graduate and/or certification/ license may be required. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job. Understanding of dynamic formulas and pricing attributes working together within a BOM Based on BOM and part behavior, ability to make the correct selection of the formulas/attributes Advanced Excel application knowledge Oracle experience for pricing module Oracle experience for looking up orders when there are pricing issues SFDC/CPQ knowledge to look at quotes when issues arise Job Function Manufacturing
