Account Executive (Kuching)

• Able to handle full set of account preparation and reporting
• Prepare company management account
• Handle payroll management and any HR related matter
• Coordinate with company auditor, tax agent, secretary for accounting, taxation and secretarial issues
• Assist in monitor cash flow & financial analysis
• Assist in Company Tax related issue
• Handle and monitor issues related to complying government sector requirements from time to time
• To perform any other tasks as assigned by management

• Candidate must At least Diploma/Advanced/Degree or equivalent in Accounting & Taxation
• Minimum 3 (Three) years and above working experience in Property Development & Construction field
• Familiar with the current accounting and tax standard practice, statutory requirement & regulation
• Proven experience in procurement within property development & Construction
• Familiar with SQL accounting software
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadliness under minimum supervision
• Resourceful, proactive, multi-task, highly analytical skill, meticulous & organized
• Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
