- Develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy for CARSOME Academy, aligning with business growth objectives.
- Manage the departmental budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximise ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Provide regular reports on performance, market trends, and strategic insights to senior management.
- Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media marketing, campaigns, and content marketing.
- Drive lead generation through targeted online and offline campaigns aimed at prospective students, parents, schools, and corporate partners.
- Manage the CARSOME Academy brand identity, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.
- Organize and manage recruitment events such as Experience Days, Consultation Day, school visits, and online webinars.
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, website content, and presentations.
- Lead the entire student recruitment lifecycle, from inquiry to enrollment, to consistently meet and exceed enrollment targets.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using a CRM system.
- Establish and nurture B2B partnerships with corporations, workshops, and other organizations to secure corporate training contracts and student placements.
- Drive B2C sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our programs to individual students and their families.
- Conduct grassroots activities and guide prospective students through the application and admissions process.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPI, such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Lead Conversion Rate, Student Acquisition Cost (SAC), and enrollment figures.
- Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
- Experience in the education or vocational training sector (TVET) is highly preferred. Experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
- Proven success in driving enrollment or lead growth through integrated marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital channels: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach. You are data-driven, creative, and passionate about education and making an impact.
- Experience in vocational education (TVET), education sector, or automotive industry will be an added value.
- Strong data analytics skills.
