The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces for Borong's products and ensuring a great user experience for our customers. The incumbent will work closely with project managers, developers, and fellow designers to ensure shared understanding and deliverables. Responsibilities: Identify and create user personas for Borong's digital products based on key audiences. Analyse data and synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations. Develop usable visual representations that demonstrate information architecture, task flows, user journeys, and site/application structure. Create visually stunning designs for products working from concept to implementation, including deliverables such as design systems, visual mockups, style guides, design recommendations, and prototypes. Design low- to mid- fidelity wireframes and mock-ups, including annotations and design rationale, and create interactive prototypes for both internal use and testing needs. Continuously monitor page load times, response times, and error rates to ensure that the product is performing optimally and providing a seamless user experience. Conduct A/B testing and drive efficiencies and change through metric driven findings. Stay up to date on the latest technology and trends on user experience and digital marketing. Qualifications/Requirements: 3-4 years experience or greater in as a UI/UX designer or in a related role is required. Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Firm understanding of color theory, typography, grid structures and digital trends. Experience designing interactions for web and mobile apps or responsive experience. Experience with the following concepts beyond the buzzword: responsive design; modular design; frameworks and design systems; adaptive content; user-centered design; and design thinking.
