We are seeking a technically proficient and results-driven Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer to support and grow our business within the Industrial Process Control industry. This role will focus on key sectors including Oils & Fats, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Water & Power Utility and Petrochemicals. The ideal candidate will blend deep technical knowledge with strong commercial insight to deliver tailored solutions, support customer operations, and drive sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise and consultative support to clients in the selection and application of process control systems. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations. Collaborate with engineering, service, and project teams to ensure successful solution implementation. Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions to meet technical and commercial objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferable in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related disciplines). Focus on key sectors including Oils & Fats, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Water & Power Utility and Petrochemicals. Prior experience in technical sales or support within industrial automation or process control systems is a plus; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Solid understanding of systems such as SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI, IT/OT, Cybersecurity and related hardware/software. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
