Senior Software Engineer (Oracle)

• Gathering client requirements and conducting impact assessments.

• Design and test configuration scripts based on client specifications.

• Execute software design and development in accordance with specifications.

• Conduct unit testing and peer code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Provide support across various testing phases, including Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.

• Deliver client training as needed.

• Offer support and guidance to team members, both remotely and in-office, as needed.

• Occasional work outside of regular business hours may be necessary.

• Oversee planning, monitoring, and tracking the progress and quality of deliverables for the entire project team as a Project Lead.

• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field such as Computer Science or MIS (BSc, MSc, B Tech)

• At least 4 years of professional experience in the IT industry.

• Extensive programming and development experience with RDBMS stored procedures (Oracle PL/SQL).

• Experience with enterprise-level applications.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in collaborating with teams in remote locations.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

• Skilled in translating business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Capable of collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders to define, understand, and assess business requirements, as well as resolve issues.

• A proactive self-starter, capable of working independently and taking initiative.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, essential for working with an integrated software development team.
