- To maximize conference and banqueting revenue and profit through pro-active selling techniques and pricing strategy
- Respond to sales inquiries on timely manner from potential clients and customers seeking meeting space, annual dinner, conference, ceremony, food and beverage services.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and goals
- Analyse business markets and design sales strategy & set goals to execute.
- Oversee sales and event department for daily operation and activities.
- Oversee event costing such as part timers recruitments, equipment for maintenance, meeting amenities and daily expenses in premises.
- Evaluate and improve sales and financial performance
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Excellent convincing abilities, good communication skills, sales and negotiation skills
- A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
