Job Description JOB SUMMARY Perform Commercial Finance & Costing related activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES . Perform Commercial Finance & Costing related activities. . To prepare, analyse and involve in discussion about financial plans and forecast with business partners . Involve in reviewing actual performance against forecast. Work with business and operation teams to drive for cost initiatives, control and project. . Perform good closing and control financials including Revenue, COGS, various P&L elements. . Analyzes cost variations such as Purchase Price Variance, Revaluation, backflushes, subcontracting, RMA's, RTV's and scrap. . Analyzes material costs and its BOM structure to provide insight to team for opportunity or area to focus. . Reports on material margin, MPV and inventory for each of the projects assigned. . Reviews reports on excesses and obsoletes monthly and quarterly to reduce the inventory risk and claim management. . Work with GBS Team to review and control for AR & AP areas to improve Company cash flow and cash cycle metrics . Perform month end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports. . Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, regulations accounting policies and procedure. . Able to work as a team and able to work independently on problem solving. . May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS . Good financial and analytical ability. . . Good and convincing communication skills. . Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS . College degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance management or related is preferred. . More than 2 years accounting experience and preferably in MNC environment. . Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
